* utils.c (print_sys_errmsg): Call gdb_flush (gdb_stdout) before
printing to gdb_stderr.
* remote-udi.c (udi_kill): Don't close the connection, just set
inferior_pid to zero.
(udi_mourn): Call remove_breakpoints.
* remote-udi.c: Remove obsolete need_artificial_traps comment.
