Convert mem_bfd_iovec to new type-safe gdb_bfd_openr_iovec
This converts the mem_bfd_iovec / target_buffer code to use the new type-safe gdb_bfd_openr_iovec. Reviewed-By: Lancelot Six <lancelot.six@amd.com>
