README: fix qemu cmdline (#398)
For the GPIO demo, we were asking qemu to create a file-backed hostmem backend,
but neglecting to actually allocate guest RAM from it.
While we're here, let's give some clues on how to use hugepages and share memory
with libvfio-user.
