2024-05-20Restore patch series "arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"WIP/20May2024-nextTom Rini3-3/+1
As part of bringing the master branch back in to next, we need to allow for all of these changes to exist here. Reported-by: Jonas Karlman <jonas@kwiboo.se> Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2024-05-19Revert "Merge patch series "arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet""Tom Rini3-1/+3
When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35. 2024-05-06arm: s5pc1xx: Remove <common.h> and add needed includesTom Rini3-3/+1
Remove <common.h> from all mach-s5pc1xx and cpu/armv7/s5p-common files and when needed add missing include files directly. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2022-12-23exynos: Rework legacy PWM usageTom Rini1-0/+5
The way that the timer support is currently done for exynos/nexell platforms relies on the legacy PWM infrastructure, and that needs to be updated. However, we really cannot safely undef CONFIG_DM_PWM to build the timer.c file without warnings. For now, rename the relevant legacy functions to be prefixed with s5p_ and add prototypes to the arch pwm.h files. 2022-12-05arm: samsung: Move CONFIG_MISC_COMMON to KconfigTom Rini1-0/+1
This option controls using board/samsung/common/misc.c, so add a Kconfig file there as well and select it from the boards which use this functionality. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com> Reviewed-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: Minkyu Kang <mk7.kang@samsung.com>

2021-12-27arm: s5pc1xx: Move CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ_C1x0 out of CONFIG namespaceTom Rini1-8/+4
The values CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ_C100 and CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ_C110 are only used in one place and not changed by the board config file. Move these out of the CONFIG namespace and in to the CFG namespace. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>

2020-05-18common: Drop net.h from common headerSimon Glass1-0/+1
Move this header out of the common header. Network support is used in quite a few places but it still does not warrant blanket inclusion. Note that this net.h header itself has quite a lot in it. It could be split into the driver-mode support, functions, structures, checksumming, etc. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2019-12-02common: Move some cache and MMU functions out of common.hSimon Glass1-0/+1
These functions belong in cpu_func.h. Another option would be cache.h but that code uses driver model and we have not moved these cache functions to use driver model. Since they are CPU-related it seems reasonable to put them here. Move them over. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2019-05-18CONFIG_SPL_SYS_[DI]CACHE_OFF: addTrevor Woerner1-1/+1
While converting CONFIG_SYS_[DI]CACHE_OFF to Kconfig, there are instances where these configuration items are conditional on SPL. This commit adds SPL variants of these configuration items, uses CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(), and updates the configurations as required. 2019-02-09exynos: Convert to use CONFIG_BLKSimon Glass3-0/+23
Move all exynos boards over to use CONFIG_BLK. This converts s5p_goni also, but adding dummy functions for pinmux and peripheral ID. This will not function correctly, but gives the maintainer more time to convert the board if desired. 2018-05-07SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini17-35/+17
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
