bootstd: doc: Add documentationWIP/2022-04-25-initial-implementation-of-stdboot
Add documentation for this feature, including the commands and full
devicetree bindings.

Quite often a +valid bootflow is found early on. With `bootflow scan -b`, that causes the +bootflow to be immediately booted.
