Configs: Migrate I2C_BUS_MAX to CONFIG_SYS_I2C_BUS_MAX
For consistency with other platforms and in preparation of Kconfig
migration, let's change Several TI platforms that use I2C_BUS_MAX
to CONFIG_SYS_I2C_BUS_MAX
