[DAG] Convert foldMaskedMerge to SDPatternMatch to match (m & x) | (~m & y) (#143855)
This PR resolves https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/143363
Remove foldMaskedMergeImpl entirely to use SDPatternMatch
