[msan][NFCI] Add more Arm NEON vector add tests (#125820)
Handled heuristically but incorrectly:
- llvm.aarch64.neon.{addp, faddp}
Unknown instructions handled by visitInstruction:
- llvm.aarch64.neon.{addhn, raddhn}
- llvm.aarch64.neon.{saddlp, uaddlp}
