Copy metadata from the original fdiv when folding fneg into fdiv or
hoisting fneg above fdiv. This keeps !fpmath (and other metadata)
intact, preventing !fpmath loss seen in libclc tanpi function. fneg only
flips sign bit, so it does not affect precision.
