[lldb][llvm][AIX] Added support for getProcFile with TID (#142586)
This PR is in reference to porting LLDB on AIX.

- Added changes to getProcFile() with threadID, including testcase for
AIX.
- Added support for AIX to get_threadid() from llvm.
