* iconvdata/ebcdic-es-a.c: Likewise.
* iconvdata/ebcdic-uk.c: Likewise.
* iconvdata/iso8859-16.c: Likewise.
* iconvdata/viscii.c: Likewise.
* iconvdata/iso8859-9e.c: Likewise.
* iconvdata/Makefile: Adjust appropriately.
