Replace PREINIT_FUNCTION@PLT with *%rax in call
Since we have loaded address of PREINIT_FUNCTION into %rax, we can
avoid extra branch to PLT slot.

* sysdeps/x86_64/crti.S (_init): Replace PREINIT_FUNCTION@PLT
with *%rax in call.
