	* elf/dl-minimal.c (__strtoul_internal): Set endptr on return.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/dl-librecon.h (EXTRA_LD_ENVVARS):
	Handle LD_ASSUME_KERNEL.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/dl-librecon.h: New.
