* stdlib/cxa_atexit.c: Use PTR_MANGLE on function pointer. Fill in

* stdlib/on_exit.c: Likewise.
* stdlib/cxa_finalize.c: Use PTR_DEMANGLE on function pointer before
using it.
* stdlib/exit.c: Likewise.
