Implement "make update-all-abi"
* scripts/update-abilist.sh: New file. * Makefile (+subdir_targets): Add subdir_update-all-abi. * Makerules (update-all-abi-%, update-all-abi) (subdir_update-all-abi): New targets. * elf/Makefile (update-all-abi): New target.
