Add probes for all changes to malloc options.
for ChangeLog
* malloc/malloc.c (__libc_free): Add
memory_mallopt_free_dyn_thresholds probe.
(__libc_mallopt): Add multiple memory_mallopt probes.
* manual/probes.texi: Document them.
