* m32r.c (do_lock,do_unlock): Delete.
* cpu.[ch],decode.[ch],extract.c,model.c: Regenerate.
* sem.c,sem-switch.c: Regenerate.
* cpux.[ch],decodex.[ch],readx.c,semx.c: Regenerate.
