libctf: fix GNU style for do {} while
It's formatted like this:
do
{
...
}
while (...);
Not like this:
do
{
...
} while (...);
or this:
do {
...
} while (...);
We used both in various places in libctf. Fixing it necessitated some
light reindentation.
