* scripttempl/elf.sc (DISCARDED): Renamed from STACKNOTE. Add
.gnu.debuglink.
* scripttempl/armbpabi.sc: Likewise.
* scripttempl/elf32sh-symbian.sc: Likewise.
* scripttempl/elfxtensa.sc: Likewise.
* scripttempl/mep.sc: Likewise.
