* lexsup.c: Add --no-define-common commandline option.
* ldgram.y: Add INHIBIT_COMMON_ALLOCATION script command.

* ld.h: Add command_line.inhibit_common_definition.
* ldmain.c (main): Initialize.
* ld.texinfo: Document.
