ld: Replace --rpath with -Wl,--rpath
"--rpath ../bfd/.libs ../bfd/.libs/libbfd.so" isn't a valid compiler
command-line option. We should use -Wl,--rpath instead of --rpath.

* configure.ac (TESTBFDLIB): Replace --rpath with -Wl,--rpath
for --disable-static.
* configure: Regenerated.
