* frv.cpu (mabshs): Explicitly sign-extend arguments of abs to DI.
(DI-ext-HI, DI-ext-UHI, DI-ext-DI): New pmacros.
(media-arith-sat-semantics): Explicitly sign- or zero-extend
arguments of "operation" to DI using "mode" and the new pmacros.
