Remove sony newsos3 support

* targets.c: Likewise.
* newsos3.c: Delete.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* configure: Regenerate.
* po/SRC-POTFILES.in: Regenerate.
binutils/
* testsuite/binutils-all/copy-2.d: Remove newsos3 support.
* testsuite/binutils-all/nm.exp: Likewise.
ld/
* Makefile.am: Remove newsos3 support.
* configure.tgt: Likewise.
* emulparams/news.sh: Delete.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* po/BLD-POTFILES.in: Regenerate.
