testsuite: Fix up fixed-point/bitint-1.c test
This test was written without _BitInt support on any target with
fixed-point support as well, so was actually never tested.
Now that it can be tested on loongarch64-linux, there is a missing
expected error, so this patch adds it.

without _Fract/_Accum.
