cobol: Do not include <cmath> (no longer needed)
Several of enumerators in parse.y conflict with ones declared in at
least some versions of <cmath> .. e.g. "OVERFLOW". The header is no
longer needed since the FE is not trying to do host arithmetic.
gcc/cobol/ChangeLog:
* cobol-system.h: Remove <cmath>.
