gccrs: fix tokenizing utf-8 whitespaces
gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
* lex/rust-lex.cc (Lexer::build_token):add check for all kinds of whitespaces
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* rust/compile/torture/utf8_whitespaces.rs: New test.
