2019-07-09Rename common to gdbsupportTom Tromey1-255/+0
This is the next patch in the ongoing series to move gdbsever to the top level. This patch just renames the "common" directory. The idea is to do this move in two parts: first rename the directory (this patch), then move the directory to the top. This approach makes the patches a bit more tractable. I chose the name "gdbsupport" for the directory. However, as this patch was largely written by sed, we could pick a new name without too much difficulty. This commit applies all changes made after running the gdb/copyright.py script. Note that one file was flagged by the script, due to an invalid copyright header (gdb/unittests/basic_string_view/element_access/char/empty.cc). As the file was copied from GCC's libstdc++-v3 testsuite, this commit leaves this file untouched for the time being; a patch to fix the header was sent to gcc-patches first. gdb/ChangeLog: Update copyright year range in all GDB files.

inf_child_fileio_open and its gdbserver equivalent both assume that the mode_t bits defined in gdb/fileio.h are the same as those used by the open system call, but there is no mechanism to ensure this is the case.
