x86: mention dropped L1OM/K1OM support in ld/ as well
This amends e961c696dcb2 ("x86: drop L1OM/K1OM support from ld"). Also
remove the marker that I mistakenly added in c085ab00c7b2 ("x86: drop
L1OM/K1OM support from gas").
