[gdb/testsuite] Fix clean_restart <absolute filename> in gdb.replay
Fix clean_restart <absolute filename> in the test-case in gdb.replay.
Tested on x86_64-linux, with target boards unix, native-gdbserver and
native-extended-gdbserver.
