gdb: syscalls: Update ARM64 xml files
There are some new syscalls in the latest upstream Linux kernel [1],
some archs updated the xml files in the recent commit 19f3450f7429
("[gdb/syscalls] Add syscalls {set,get,list,remove}xattrat"), also
update ARM64 to reflect the reality.
