python: fix Linetable case to LineTable in docstrings and comments

The class is called LineTable, not Linetable, as specified by
py-linetable.c/gdbpy_initialize_linetable:

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * python/py-linetable.c: Fix case of Linetable to LineTable
