* config/mips/tm-linux.h (MIPS_DEFAULT_ABI): Delete.
* config/mips/tm-irix5.h (MIPS_DEFAULT_ABI): Delete.
* config/mips/tm-irix6.h (MIPS_DEFAULT_ABI): Delete.
* mips-tdep.c (mips_gdbarch_init) [MIPS_DEFAULT_ABI]: Delete code.
