* Regenerate/amend man, fix tests
* Redirect tests's output to stderr, try fail make when tests fail
* Merge kcov command variables
* Make output specific tests a little more reliable and disable the debug one under coverage tests.
* Do not iterate when we are in non real mode. (+tests)
