Make the repl respect node_modules folders.

This is important so that in the future, this will work:

    $ cd ~/dev/js/some-project
    $ npm install redis
    $ node
    > require.resolve('redis')
    '/Users/isaacs/dev/js/some-project/node_modules/redis/index.js'
