Original commit message:

    [turbofan] Fixes for integrating the fast C API

    This commit adds a few fixes neccessary for integrating the
    fast C API into Blink:
    - added default constructor for CFunction
    - removed a bogus template specialization allowing void* params
    - extended the public Isolate class
