src: update postmortem constant name

This commit renames
V8DBG_CLASS_SHAREDFUNCTIONINFO__FUNCTION_IDENTIFIER__OBJECT to
V8DBG_CLASS_SHAREDFUNCTIONINFO__FUNCTION_IDENTIFIER_OR_DEBUG_INFO__OBJECT
following an upstream V8 change.
