tools: fix redundant-move warning in inspector

Currently, the following warning is generated from the inspector
protocol:

error: redundant move in return statement [-Werror=redundant-move]
  739 |     return std::move(result);
      |            ~~~~~~~~~^~~~~~~~

This commit removes the move for DictionaryValue and ListValue.
