Remove two unnecessary checkboxes on journal tab. Disable configuration of coredump when systemd<215.

Added support for configuration of cordump.conf, introduced in systemd 215. Several options in the new file have identical names to other files, necessitating major refactoring of code.

Major restructuring of the code. File parsing logic rewrtten and moved to separate source file. Moved several settings to a new advanced dialog. Capabilities now presented as checkboxes in separate dialog. New settings from systemd 209 integrated.
