Pull perf tooling updates from Ingo Molnar:
 "Tooling changes only: fixes and a few stray improvements.

  Most of the diffstat is dominated by a PowerPC related fix of system

  system call names in the arch/powerpc/kernel/syscalls/syscall.tbl
