Draw register diagrams using bytefield-svg

Fix some macro uses that my script got wrong.

Bold field access (WARL etc.)

In asciidoc that totally breaks the tables.

Added a newline to the end of the comment at the top of generated files.
Added include of hwdp_registers.

Clean up remaining LaTeX register/field macros.

Surprised there are so few.

Add newline to end of "Auto-generated ..."

Without this, the first line of what should be the actual file contents
ended up as part of the comment.

Added rule to ignore the generated .adoc files in the build directory.

Deleted the pdf of the spec from an old build.

Convert many LaTeX register/field macros to asciidoc

Not using the back tick formatting, because I can't figure out the macro
syntax for that.

Removing generated files from GitHub.

Table formatting, attempt at fixing all links to match LaTeX.
Cleaned up register files that are now in /build.

Includes of auto-generated files must come from the build/ directory.
Otherwise there are two sets of the same files (with potential
differences), leading to confusion.

The files can be generated with `make build-registers` if necessary.
