assign shadows to registers based on the hypervisor spec 

mip.vssip is a shadow of hvip.vssip (rw shadow)
mip.vstip is a shadow of hvip.vstip
mip.vseip is a shadow of hvip.vseip
mip.sgeip is a shadow of hip.sgeip
hip.vssip is a shadow of hvip.vssip (rw shadow)
hip.vstip is a shadow of hvip.vstip
hip.vseip is a shadow of hvip.vseip
adding hip.sgeip as a ro_variable subfield
the above set of shadows apply to vsip as well.
