Enable "size" as a dumpprog in ld 

binutils/
	* testsuite/lib/binutils-common.exp (run_dump_test): Reference
	global SIZE and SIZEFLAGS.
ld/
	* testsuite/config/default.exp: Define SIZE and SIZEFLAGS.
