since I started creating the Ri5-CMOs-proposal in my persional repo+wiki, before I had official riscv-CMOs rep+wiki.

copying files => losing history

(might have been better to fork AndyGlew/Ri5-stuff,
but AFAIK that would have included history for files nopt part of CMOs proposal.)

This checkin straight copy, no edits, e.g. no fixing of repo name, no merge of Makefile or README.md.

This checkin the parent repo only.  It does NOT include copies of the submodule riscv-CMOs.wiki files.

Will do those in subsequent merge/edits.

Thrashing on Markdown link syntax; what a relative link to the wiki.  

So many wikis, so many gratuitous differences in syntax :-(
