This fixes warnings when building PDFs:
INFO: note admonition in theme uses icon from deprecated fa icon set; use fas, far, or fab instead

Increase font size in tables.

7.0 is way too small, it looks weird. Just match the size in the text,
which was presumably chosen to be the most readable.

Images for specific specs should not be in docs-resources.

Set code font size to 9.

Deleted custom role and set table font to 9.0

Set table font size in the PDF theme to 9.5.

Added a custom smal-font-table role to be used when text
won't fit nicely in cells.
