Set level 1 & 2 ulist markers to black circles and level 3 marker to a black square.

Set the ulist marker to use a medium sized black circle.

Applying Ved's changes for list, lists of table, lists of figures.

Ulist marker seems to have no effect, so removing it.

Increase the font size of the unordered list markers.

Update the ulist marker to a larger bullet.
Change the admonition icon back to the older i in a circle.
Add the dot-leader back.

This is just the isa-manual riscv-spec.yml copied to the riscv-pdf.yml

7.0 is way too small, it looks weird. Just match the size in the text,
which was presumably chosen to be the most readable.
