Adding the images to git tracking.

We should not include generated files in the repository.
Removed .vscode line as well.

Removing .vscode directory.

Adding an EOF line to test.

Ignoring .vscode dir. Not sure this should even be here.

refactor to incorporate changes docs spec template

relates to #25

details:
* move doc source files to src dir
* generated output defaults to build dir
* git submodule in the docs-resources and remove the local copy in resources dir
* fix a bunch of typos in content

Removing my test.

As we have setup in-solidarity to run at the org level we
do not need a yml config file in the repo.

Changed literal theme category to codespan.
Change outline-list theme category to list.

pdf-style is deprecated and pdf-theme should be used
