Add FreeRTOS smoke tests. (#333) 

* Add FreeRTOS smoke tests.

Make sure that OpenOCD can access all threads in a FreeRTOS binary on
single-hart RV32 and RV64.

* Also test `-rtos FreeRTOS`.
