Minor change to address the one request from AR. This is to make the multi-memory-access extension general in the interface section. Also removed the color redfor previous changes. Changed version number to 2.0

Changed the run_regression script to handle the change of command line in the latest spike and Corrected the setting of the maximum resync value from the resync_max control input

Added a suggested change to correct the ilastsize reported by Post-ISS. Previously it gave ilastsize as the length of the instruction in bytes

This update resolves a terminology issue described in the RISC-V
Friendly Terminology policy.
