Reland "[mjsunit][tools][d8] Full roundtrip tickprocessor test"

This is a reland of ed7e4554:
- fixing platform names for tickprocessor
- UnixCppEntriesProvider => LinuxCppEntriesProvider
- MacCppEntriesProvider => MacOSCppEntriesProvider
