Remove duplicate arch/arm.h include in linux-arm-low.c. 

A duplicate include arm/arm.h was introduced, remove it.
Pushed as obvious.

gdb/gdbserver/ChangeLog:

	* linux-arm-low.c: Remove duplicate arch/arm.h include.
